Home -> Community -> Mailing Lists -> Oracle-L -> sqlplus cannot connect to PO 803 - more infp
List, (win95, PO 803)
i posted this problem earlier also...and i have some more tracing to
share...
here's the situation...
i installed 16bit oracle executables, plus31 under home c:\orawin on win95 I CAN connect to all my DB's (on AIX machine) using plus31 without any problems...
then i installed PO 803 under home c:\orawin95, i confugured the TCP
listener
and I CAN connect using the sqlplus alias installed under c:\orawin95 home
(plus80),
with or without using TNS alias
but I CANNOT connect using plus31 (installed earlier under c:\orawin)
i turned on the tracing (at lever 16 !) and found errors reported ....
how to interpret this trace...
Regards
Rahul
