how to turn off password prompt in NT???

Hi all,

In Windows NT, how to disable the password prompt when login as internal through svrmgrl.

I read an article in Metalink. The solution is for Unix which I don't see useful to my case.

I checked all the sqlnet.ora files and all of them comment out SQLNET.AUTHENTICATION_SERVICES.

Suggestion?
