In reality Access does have a file size limit, but I believe it is much lower than 1GB. Regrettably there is no way around it, except as Kevin stated to use a pass through query to Oracle. One should understand that Access is designed as a single user system that gets bastardized into multi user applications with a lot of resulting trouble.
