Home -> Community -> Mailing Lists -> Oracle-L -> How many times has an index been used?
Hi,
Does anyone know how to determine how many times an index has been used or if it has been used at all? I have seen previous attempts by taking snapshots of v$sqlarea and then automating an explain plan and extracting the information that way. I would have thought that there must be an x$ table that records this information somewhere?
Any ideas?
Thanks in advance.
