Forms5 D2KWUTIL under Forms6i

Hello--
We've got a client/server app which currently runs under Forms5, that we're in the process of converting to 6i.
We have the existing d2kwutil.dll in our bin directories. Is there any problems staying with this, provided we don't recompile the d2kwutil.pll libraries? Just trying to avoid any additional changes on the client.
