PCT_USED = PCT_FREE + 1 row sizePCT_USED + 
PCT_FREE < 100 Are the rules .


But what does 1 row size mean here?


For ex . My pctfree=30

size=2>            1 row 


size (avg.) = 150 bytes .


        Then 


what is PCT_USED ?
