Reverse key indexes are good for columns populated by sequence no's Does that mean that for surrogate Primary key's on OLTP systems - which are populated by sequences - performance could be enhanced by creation reverse key indexes - rather than using the B*Tree unique indexes which are automatically created by Oracle.
