mod_plsql and PL/SQL pages

 Hello!

 Does anyone here have ANY information on the following:

 with the advent of PL/SQL pages
 is Oracle continuing development of MOD_PLSQL  or is MOD_PLSQL merely provided for backward  compatibility?

  Can someone give me some idea on this please?
