We are using it here with mixed results. One of our biggest issues is the fact that it will go down without notice and therefore not notify us of pending problems. Another problem is that we have a very specific on-call schedule that varies by time of day and from week to week. We have not found a manageable way to page according to our business rules.
Other than that, it is a pretty good tool. I prefer to use Spotlight to look at the system "live" and SQLab Xpert to tune SQL.

I am looking for opions on their tool. I am installing and setting it up
right now. Is anyone out there using it and do you like it? Can you
compare it to OEM (which I actually hate).
