At my previous employer (AT&T) I was in charge if a large electronic switching system. When there were problems the manager would be breathing down my neck to make the diagnosis and repairs as quickly as possible. I made a sign and pointed to it when he would bother me during the crisis. It worked great. The sign said" If you are not part of the solution, you must be part of the problem!!"
