Mohammad,

This really depends on the front end tool you are using.

Is it Oracle Forms? You can probably use a trigger in the form to allow your client to do this. I haven't programmed Forms in awhile, and can't give detailed directions.

This kind of ridiculous request is exactly the reason I don't work on user interfaces anymore.
