The most interesting part of the gaurantee is the proscription against customization. Ellison, at last year's OOW in San Franciso, spoke about the problem of supporting so many different configurations. I suspect the CRM offer is only the start, and that Oracle will eventually offer their database software at a reduced cost with the same restriction.
