My Solaris only having 1 cc file which is inside /usr/ucb I have Solaris CD with me now is the C compiler included in the package ? or do I have to download ? do you have the URL ?

Change your PATH environment variable to get to your real cc before /usr/ucb (in fact take /usr/ucb out of your path completely unless absolutely required).
