You can't. You can, however, do one of two things: a) create a top level shell scripts which will first call a pl/sql procedure to delete the rows then call sqlldr.
or
b) if you are only deleting all the rows in the table, use either the replace (which deletes everything in the target table) or truncate (which truncates the target table) options in your sqlloader control file.
