hi,
ya there are tools which can do this work for you. one such tool i know is Platinum ERwin, but i don't know whether it's free or not. but what i feel is u can get some trial version of it.
try getting some more info about how to get it. but one thing i tell u, it's really a good tool. i've used it, it's handy and easy to use. it has tools for reverse and forward engineering.
