JDBC Drivers

Hi,

With Oracle's JDBC drivers, we have some problems.

Has anyone had problems with getting ResultMetaData from the oracle thin drivers. Specifically, getting the table name from the meta data?

Has anyone used third party JDBC drivers with Oracle? What are they? Any site from which it can be downloaded?

The environment is -
Oracle 8.1.6 on Linux RH 6.2
