The OCP Exam Guide by Couchman is excellent. I read it cover to cover for my OCP (8) exams. However, I did find it didn't cover some topics covered on the Tuning exam.
I didn't buy his Practice Exams so I can't say on those. But, in my opinion you can never have enough tests. I bought practice exams from STS and also took practice tests on brainbench.com
