DATABASE DESING ISSUE

HI PPL
 i need some help on database design stuff.

i am having data given below in one flat file and i want to put in tables. can anyone help in designing tables

here is the data the info bout data

 my data is about
 router statistics-> some numeric value
 date,time,multiple cpu utilization data->again in numeric ,  ip address..which would be primary key
i want to search the various cpu util data,memory utilisation data from ip address
becuase each customer i am segregating by ip address
