Andor,
If the second, or subsequent, instance is to be on the same machine and the total number of users does not exceed your license (names user license only) then NO you do not need another license. That does not mean that you may need more memory, or a kernel rebuild, or more disk space.

Do I need another license if I want to set up a new instance? I mean leaglly.. :)
