I can vouch for that one - I gassed up there last Saturday while driving
from New Jersey to Minneapolis ( a loooooooooong drive)
stayed overnight in Madison , a very nice town. Went into a little brewpub
near the capitol, E Wilson street ?? - i forget

There is still have at least one Sinclair gas station left. It's near the intersection of Interstate 90 and U.S. Highway 151 in Madison Wisconsin.
