help ..ias urgent

gurus

i've installed forms developer 6i (in a different directory) in ias web application... but when the client access the application w/ web browser this error occur: oracle forms web cgi: cant open base htmp file c:\forms6i\forms60\server\basejini.html

so i uninstalled forms developer, now it has a different problem : when the application is accessed, the java applet previewer didnt get loaded (in norma case it shld have). it directly execute the application and immediately close it.

what shall i do?
