OT -- Windows Shutdown folder

Does anyone know of an equivalent of the Startup folder in Windows, but that would run just before shutdowns?

I found a utility from PC Mag but I was wondering if there was something else out there.

This has nothing to do with work, it's for my old Windows95 PC at home.
