Anybody remember the cooking show and associated book 'Death by Chocolate'? I can still picture the waves of ganache rolling down over the cakes.

I don't have that book... don't know if I need it, I'm somewhat domestic in my off-time anyway, I love to bake and do needlework.
And I have a recipe for a chocolate mousse cake that will beat your chocolate cake recipe any day. :) And one for REAL NY cheesecake (none of that wimpy graham cracker crust/sour cream topping stuff).
But yes, I've missed Guy's posts -- both the Friday recipes and the technical ones.
