Installing Oracle on Windows Me

I have downloaded the File oracle816nt.zip for Installing "Oracle8i EE Release 2 (8.1.6) for Windows 2000/NT", from Oracle Web Site. But, I couldn't install it on my Windows Me.

Please suggest me if I can download and Install Oracle Server on Windows Me. If so, from which site?
