NT install problem ???

Hi all,

When I installed Oracle Enterprise Editon 8.1.5 to NT 4.0, I got this: 12570, 00000, "TNS:packet reader failure"

I clicked ignore, Oracle run for a minute and show that Create db assistant not installed successfully.

Anyone knows why did this happen and how to solve the problem? Much appreciated.
