If you want to search for that document you need to enter 69642.1 for the document no. search on the advanced search page.

If you have access to Metalink there is a good article there (Doc. 69642 or just put your subject in search), which lists all different causes why this might happen audit dir being full is one of them, ORACLE_HOME and/or SID set inapropriatelly, and a number of others.
