All dlls are showing. If nt can find, why isn't oracle? Is it possible that something in the registry got hosed and it is looking in the wrong spot to execute?

if i remember correctly, on some of the patches for 8.1.6, some of the dlls had an ATTRIB of hidden...make sure to check folder option, show all types...as well as going out to DOS screen...and running ATTRIB *.*
