Re: 8.1.7 DB and auto registration with Listener

Hi Kirti,

I have the same problem here on Aix 4.3..3 / RDBMS 8.1.7 : restarting or reloading the listener, pmon gets stuck on socket
(close_wait status) and never register again the database.
But today i find a workaround simply putting INSTANCE_NAME parameter in my init.ora file

I have opened a TAR with OWS and they are supposed to fill a new bug.
