There 
was an article posted on metalink stating that Oracle did not foresee such a 
large increase in the number of metalink users, and stating that upgrades to the 
hardware were planned.  I noticed that it's still pretty slow 
today.  I assume yesterday's work was to add the technical libraries and 
fix whatever was wrong with iTars.
