OEM and Developer Server

Hi listers,
I've installed OEM 2.1 in an NT4.0 server. Also, in the same machine I have my 8.1.5 database. everything ok.
Now I installed Forms Server and Reports Server 6i and, as far as I know, I must see the forms listener
and the developer server in the OEM Console. I can't see nothing except the database and the listener. I can't see neither forms Listener nor Form Server
Any one knows what am I missing?
