Look on Amazon.com or your favorite book store for O'Reilly press book(s) written by Steven Feuerstein on "Oracle PL/SQL Built-ins". There's a hardcover book that explains all and a pocket reference as well. Both are on my desk. mainly open, all of the time.

Which packages are provided by Oracle which are good for a DBA..

Is there a documentation some where which explains what procedures / utilities are provided under these packages? Or how can I find that on my own if there is no documentation..
