I am outputting in a UTL_FILE. I first ran 51 records and it was all OK. Then I ran 200 records and procedure gives a VALUE ERROR. I have declared my dbuff varchar(7000).

If anybody has come across such a problem and know the solution, I'll appreciate this help.
