Hi Bipin
  I think you have to migrate ur database to 7.3.4 and then Migrate to 8i.   To do the migration
   There is migration utility from the oracle, Which is good.    You can also do import export method.

Hi all,
We are migrating our application from oracle7.1.6 to oracle8i
And HP-Unix 10.2 to 11.
Following are the statitics of our application Total Database size :- 97.2 GB
Online database size:- 70GB
Which are the different utilities to migrate this database
And what are the pros and cons of each utility. If anyone has performed this excersize before can share their experiences.Any sugessions in this respect are most welcome .
