Hot backup scripts from Rama Velpuri's book

Hi all,

Does anyone have the Hot backup scripts from Rama Velpuri's book online somewhere? Or knows where I can get it from? Searched Google, with no positive result... I know that I can use other scripts from a variety of other sources, but I am more comfortable with Velpuri's ones.
