Frank,
I believe concurrent-users maps directly to names-users on a one for one basis, but you have to "name the users". Power-units will mean recalculating your license fees & subtracting what you've already paid. The conversion here can be "interesting" depending on when you make the change. The closer to 1 June the better.

Hello,
We're still using the 'Concurrent User'-license option.
Now, we're in the process of upgrading our number of users. This means we have to use the new 'Named Users'- or 'Power Unit'-license options.
Does anybody know how Oracle Sales translates 'number-of-concurrent-users' to 'number-of-named-users' and 'number-of-power-units' ? What conversionfactor do they use ?
I can't find anything on oracle.com or OracleStore.
The Boss wants some info, before he goes into battle against the evil salesperson.
TIA.
Greetings,
Frank
