How can I fix a problem in DEF$_AQCALL

I am getting the following error on a full export. Does anyone know what script generates table DEF$AQCALL? What is it used for. I can't find it in my documentation .

. . exporting table                    DEF$_AQCALL

EXP-00008: ORACLE error 904 encountered
ORA-00904: invalid column nameSegmentation Fault(coredump)
