Jared, One of my worst vices is reading the
documentation. I am not sure if it is in the DOC or not.
I know the problem with creating the non-system RBS in
the system tablespace for Locally managed Tablespaces was
logged as a bug(1176609) and won't be fixed until 9i. I
am not sure if this is published bug or not.
