Here's a vulnerability dealing with the listener:

Just one other thing to consider (of course if you got the patch for it then it wouldn't be as much of a problem, but it makes you wonder what else could be left open without that password). Hmmm....

I've tested the password protection on the listener
(Oracle 816/Solaris) and it's not clear to me what
gain I have (I have a cold, it's monday and the coffee
machine is broke again) beside the fact that nobody
can stop the listener without the password.
