Re:Forms 3.0 on oracle 8i:-Urgeny

Can you run forms 3.0 against 8i, possibly but what a kludge that would be since forms 3.0 is SQL*Net 1 vs. Net8. Kind of like an apple talking to an orange. Additionally since the version of PL/SQL that each uses don't like each other either there is no way to make changes. What can you do,

contact one of the consulting houses out there that specialize in forms conversion & migrate up to Forms 5 or 6.
start from scratch with forms 5 or 6 & totally recreate the form(s).
Use another package to do the work.
