ODBC can help .

If you have proper ODBC driver , at least data from Microsoft products can be loaded to Oracle database .

For example , once we have transfered data to and fro from Excel spreadsheet and Oracle ( 7.3.4 ) with ODBC .
I assume MS-Access will be easier .

Not much aware about Foxpro , but some work araound can be done using ODBC .
