PS. Also make sure that they keep the CURRENT code in escrow. We have a clause
in our contract too. However, after a few upgrades we found that the current
code was not there. We had to *remind* the vendor.

Hi Hannah,
You are _so_ right. We have a clause in the contract
that the source will be kept in escrow, just in case
of situations you described.
