I had the same problem yesterday. Of late, I realised that the problem is due to the parameter specified.
The block size of your db is 8192, where us you have specified 2048 in the online parameter for the dbv command. I think this should solve your problem.

Were you using dbverify while the database was up?
If so, run it on the same file again while offline and see if the error still exists.
