Another great question. It should be modified as "What should I do when I see oracle error message like ORA-XXXXX (value of XXXXX doesn't matter).
The easiest thing to do is to go to technet.oracle.com, look into docs
(oracle error messages) and find out what this error message means. Other
ways is to use oerr ora xxxxx
in unix.
If after looking up oracle docs one cannot understand what it means (and a lot of messages are uncomprehensible) - this is a time to put message to this or other mail list or discussion group.

have u read the docs for a 1552 message, its pretty self-explanatory.
but since its the holiday season, i wont be an a$$(yes its a change of pace for me),
01552, 00000, "cannot use system rollback segment for non-system
tablespace '%s'"
// *Cause: Tried to use the system rollback segment for operations
involving
// non-system tablespace. If this is a clone database then this will // happen when attempting any data modification outside of the system // tablespace. Only the system rollback segment can be online in a // clone database.
// startup again. May need to modify the INIT.ORA parameter // rollback_segments to acquire private rollback segment. If this is // a clone database being used for tablspace point in time recovery // then this operation is not allowed.
