Hi!
What version of database you have?
I remember that we had similar problem, when we setup multimaster
replication on Oracle 8.0.5 (AIX).
It helped to kill SNP processes (one by one) and this way you actually make
refresment of your data, but that is not a really idea we liked. It seems
that this is u BUG!
Here is what we did, and it worked. We uppgraded our database on 8.1.5. and
after that everything worked well.
