ORA-06558

Hi DBAs,

This is what I find in my alertlog file today morning.

168], [], []
ORA-06558: buffer in dbms_pipe package is full. No more items allowed

There are many such entries and the trace files are created.

I bounced the instance.

Has anyone faced this before?
