What makes you think any of us understand this?
Try the Oracle legal dept. They may be able to clarify it, but don't expect to understand anything they say.
We tried to get a clarfication on this so we could have our graphics department print documentation from the PDF's for us.
We never did get a reply, the graphics department would not print the manuals, and I end up printing the chapters I want and getting them bound at Kinko's.
