If your site is the same or a subset of your mail server site then there =
are lots of things you could do to improve. Do not downsize, do no divide =
divisions, do not spinn off, etc......

To assist in improving your site we need to know something about your = site. Equipment used, sizing of equipment, os used, versions of software, = Who is complaining (remember "if it ain't broke, don't fix it"). You need = to be more specific about your needs to get helpfull and detailed answers.
