Ron,
Read the instructions that follow each message about getting "help" from = the list guru. The instructions give you examples on how to what you want. = I do not have it in electronic form or I would send then to you. Basicly = it is send a message to the email address listguru at the fat city address = with the words SUB ORACLE-L in the header. +++++++++++

To REMOVE yourself from this mailing list, send an E-Mail message to: ListGuru_at_fatcity.com (note EXACT spelling of 'ListGuru') and in the message BODY, include a line containing: UNSUB ORACLE-L (or the name of mailing list you want to be removed from). You may also send the HELP command for other information (like subscribing).
