For the answer but to problem is not the exported dump file size
but the tablespace which will hold the table >2GB 



trying to enlarge  tadafile over 2GB throws an exception :



Cannot extend datafile


skgfdisp : I/O error



Some k under 2GB work fine



will send you the exact errors as soon as possible
