Duck, hell.....
Alex,
That is an offensive, bigoted and inaccurate statement and totally uncalled for. How DARE you generalize in such a fashion?
EVERYONE asks questions. Do you really think all the DBAs here know the exact layout and composition of all of the X$ tables? Does the fact that I don't mean that I am incompetent? That I should be charged every time I ask a question?
I know how Oracle works. I know how to read the documentation.... and the documentation is less than helpful on the X$ tables.
This person asked a question hoping to learn. Maybe next time you have a question we should charge you?
